Most businesses pay for security they’ve never switched on. We test it, fix what fails, and keep it roadworthy.
Fixed price. UK engineers. Covers the Microsoft 365 side of Cyber Essentials. Works alongside your existing IT support.
Microsoft 365 comes with excellent security. Almost none of it is switched on by default.
If you’re on Business Premium or E3, you’re very likely already paying for the protections in this test. The MOT turns them on and sets them up properly.
Every item is checked against how your business actually works, then graded the way you’d expect: dangerous, major, minor or advisory.
Can a stolen password open your mailbox on its own? We make sure it can’t.
The keys attackers hunt for, locked away and only handed out when needed.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC, so nobody can send email pretending to be you.
Safe Links, Safe Attachments and impersonation protection, actually on.
Only your managed laptops and phones get in. Personal kit stays out.
Former staff, forgotten shared mailboxes and licences nobody uses.
Attackers now use AI to write convincing phishing emails and find weaknesses faster. The NCSC expects AI to make attacks more frequent, more effective and harder to spot over the next two years. A setup that passed in March can be out of date by May.

Every option starts with the same fixed-price MOT. What changes is whether anyone keeps it right afterwards.
A snapshot. Right on the day, then down to your own IT people to keep up.
We switch everything on, then our platform watches it every day and keeps it in line with our rules as threats change.
Watched around the clock. If something happens, we handle it.

The call is 30 minutes. The MOT itself is usually complete within one to two weeks, scheduled around your team so nobody is locked out.
It covers the Microsoft 365 side of Cyber Essentials: multi-factor authentication, admin access, secure configuration and malware protection for your accounts, email and managed devices. Cyber Essentials also looks at firewalls, routers and updates on every device, so we tell you what else is in scope.
General IT support keeps you working day to day; it rarely means someone has deliberately secured your Microsoft 365 against a targeted attack. The MOT works alongside your existing provider.
